Before You Start Making Plans
Here Are a Few Helpful Things to Know
Everything kicks off on Friday, April 10, 2026. We recommend scheduling your flight to arrive in Tampa by around 3:00 PM (EST). That gives you plenty of time to get checked into your hotel, get settled, and make it to the Summit opening reception without feeling rushed.
The Summit is $299, which lets us keep it accessible while still making it a small, personal, high-touch experience.
We’ll wrap things up on Sunday, April 12, 2026, around 2:00 PM (EST). That timing should give you plenty of breathing room if you’re heading to the airport later that afternoon or early evening.
The Summit is a members-only event for our VIP, Inner Circle, and Inner Circle Master of Photography members. If that’s you, just log in to your KelbyOne account and you’ll be able to purchase a ticket.
Not sure which membership level you’re on? No problem—you can check that anytime on your account page.
In general, attendees are responsible for their own transportation. If we make special arrangements for a specific location or activity, we’ll be sure to let you know ahead of time.
Yes. If The Summit sells out, we’ll open a waitlist and add the signup form right here on this page. Just come back, scroll to the top, and add your name—we’ll reach out if a spot opens up.
You can cancel your registration on or before March 11, 2026 for a full refund. After that date, we’re unable to offer refunds as plans will already be in motion.
To keep The Summit small and personal, tickets are limited to one per eligible member. This helps ensure more members have the opportunity to attend and keeps the experience exactly how it’s intended—relaxed, hands-on, and highly interactive.
If you’re attending with another eligible member, each person will need to purchase their own ticket while logged into their own KelbyOne account.
Although attendees are responsible for their own breakfast and dinner each day.
We will be supplying the opening reception dinner on Friday, April 10, 2026 as well as light snacks and beverages in between.
Dress comfortably—you’ll be glad you did. Comfortable clothes and shoes are a must, along with sunscreen, a hat, and water. And of course, don’t forget your photography gear!
This part is intentionally a bit of a surprise. Scott likes to keep things flexible and fun, so we don’t lock in a detailed daily itinerary ahead of time. Expect a relaxed mix of studio and on-location shoots, with plenty of hands-on learning—without the pressure of feeling like you’re in class all day.
