If I join today when will I get access to the site?
Right away! Just click on the sign in button at the top of the page and login with the same email address/username and password you created when joining.
I'm a beginner. Is there anything here for me?
If you’re a beginner, you won’t be for very long. Whether you choose to join as a Plus member or dive into our Pro membership we have courses created for everyone regardless of skill level.
Can I join if I live outside the United States?
Absolutely! We have members from all over the world. All prices listed are in US dollars (USD), so please be aware of your country's conversion rates before purchase or renewal.
Do we get downloadable files?
Many of our courses offer free accompanying downloadable files that you can download and use to follow along.
Can I access classes from any computer or device?
Yes! Your KelbyOne membership allows you to login and start learning anytime, anywhere, from any type of device.
Can I watch classes offline?
How do I cancel?
You may cancel your membership from the My Account page. You will still have access to your account until your membership expires. If you have any problems canceling your membership or have questions, please contact customer service.
Can I change my membership?
Yes! If you choose to upgrade your KelbyOne to a KelbyOne Pro plan, you will just pay a prorated amount on the day of the change and gain immediate access to all your new features! If you decide to make any other changes, your current membership will continue until your next payment date. At that time your new membership can begin.
