How can I change my account details?
You can take care of all of your account and payment information on the "Account Settings" page. To view this page you will need to login.
Why isn't my login working?
The most common reason for this is that you are entering the wrong password. To fix this problem you will need to create a new password.
Why isn't my video player working?
Our videos default to an Adobe Flash Player. If the video isn't playing you may not have Flash. You can change your default setting to HTML5.
How do I get my member discounts?
After logging into your member account, you'll see a link to member discounts on your dashboard.
If I am a current member, what will my renewal rate be when my membership expires?
Details about your renewal rate can be viewed by logging into your account and selecting the Manage Membership option.
What internet browser will I need for online training?
KelbyOne is designed to work with most modern browsers. We support the current versions of Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer.
Will I need to download any other plug-ins or other programs in order to watch the courses?
All lessons are also viewable on tablets and smartphones that support an HTML5 web browser.
What video quality options are available?
Our new video player will auto-select a video quality based on your internet connection. You may also manually select a variety of resolutions.
