We’re going to get together and enjoy the Edmonds Waterfront. First we’ll walk two blocks over to the Edmonds Marsh, an amazing wetland in the heart of the city. We may get to see Great Blue Herons and other waterfowl. A long lens may prove helpful here. From there, we’ll walk back to the waterfront and explore the marina, the public fishing pier, and Brackett’s Landing Park. Lots of good photo opportunities with the boats, the ferries, and the public art. At noon, we’ll drive up Edmonds Way to Kebella’s Pizza and share photos and stories. We welcome everyone, whatever your camera type or experience level.
I, Henry Heerschap, have been a serious photographer for over ten years, having won a number of awards along the way. I am active in Edmond’s Puget Sound Camera Club. His wife Lauren Heerschap will also be participating. She, too, is an award-winning photographer and is the current president of PSCC.
