When setting out to design a composite, there are some important things that you need to focus on. What is the eye looking for? Lighting, Elevation, Noise and Sharpness. In this course, Pete Collins goes over techniques for achieving these and creating a quality composite.

    Photoshop won’t allow me to make the drop shadow a separate layer. It states “some aspects of this effect can not be reproduced in layers”. In the video you do it so quickly its hard to tell if I am missing a step. what am I doing wrong?
