What are your settings for your “Star Trails”? I’m interested in doing some astrophotography, and I’d like to know what you do for that.

Outstanding lesson; very practical advice ranging from basic to insights learned through years of experience (which can also seem basic once distilled). And, as with all of Moose’s courses, very heartfelt, genuine, and fun to watch. I also appreciate your building a course from last year’s fall experience and releasing it when it’s timely for us. —- Yes, please post my feedback

Just finished watching Moose’s Fall Color course. I thought it was very good. Enjoyed both the shooting tips as well as the processing tips. Great timing on the release of the course too. —- Yes, please post my feedback

Great class Moose!!! I truly learn something new each time I watch your classes. Thanks for sharing small hints too! I like the idea of finding a higher place to shoot from when shooting wide angle to keep things straight (without having to shoot either up or down) by shooting straight across. Makes perfect sense, i just never thought about it. You always help me in ideas for shooting. Thanks for that! Keep it coming!! —- Yes, please post my feedback

Just finished the course and found it to be very good. Moose’s approach to capturing and processing images is simple, concise and easy to follow. I learned a lot of things to improve my capture and processing of all images, not just fall color. Looking forward to more of Moose’s courses in the future. —- Yes, please post my feedback

Excellent course. Moose Peterson presents everything clearly. If you are normally in a studio and want to improve your outdoor experience this is for you. If you shoot outdoors and want to improve your landscape technique then this is for you too. I guess it is good for everybody! Thank you Mr. Peterson! —- Yes, please post my feedback

Moose’s course will make me a much better fall photography this year. I particularly liked the courses on CS5 and how to use the presets to get in and out quickly. This was a great tool that all photographs that want to shoot in the fall should have in there CS5 software. I will be playing this course many, many times before I go to the UP of Michigan in early Oct for two weeks of shooting. Again a great job done by Kelby and Peterson.

I think overall it was a very good course. I’ve taken a course with Moose in person before and I found the teaching to be spot on as if you were there shooting with him. The only criticism I would have is that during the processing session the sharpness to read his screen and follow along is just not “tack sharp” making it difficult to follow and also when he is loading the HDR frames for processing, he is talking about the photo and making changes but you cannot see the photo to get an idea of where he is coming from because it shows all the files being downloaded. Thanks for your good work. —- Yes, please post my feedback

I enjoy the course but I would rather prefer having more focus on photography in the field and less post-production advices … since Kelby Training already provides a ton of that kind of courses.
Thanks a lot for letting us improve more and more at each course. —- Yes, please post my feedback

    Good course Moose,
What I especially liked is the section about analyzing the pictures taken during the day as a preparation for the next day. Simple, but very valuable tip.
What you maybe might consider (but take it as a nitpicking rather) is to shorten the videos dealing with the post processing. Some of the other instructors just skip the parts where images are loaded so the watchers don’t have to stare at the progress bar.
But in general: educative course, keep up the good work.

I think this might be my favorite Moose Peterson class ever! Why? Because conditions weren’t optimal, fall colors were not at their peak, but Moose showed us how to overcome all that and still produce brilliant images. Wow. —- Yes, please post my feedback

I enjoyed the course, got several ideas and grew in knowledge. This was the first class I recall that hand held photography was emphasized throughout. I am the hand held type myself and have shot many brackets by hand/used Photmatix as it does a great job on alignment. Additionally, I picked up a much better understanding of Nik Software/how to use it for HDR. This is a class I will refer to in the future. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. —- Yes, please post my feedback

Second time through this course. Just as good as the first. Has anybody else noticed the face in the upper left cloud in the HDR module? Could that be the face of God looking down on Moose? ;-) —- Yes, please post my feedback
